U.S. Government Sponsored Scholarships

- Fulbright Program

Fulbright Scholarships will be awarded under the J. William Fulbright Program for study in a two-year Master’s Degree program during the 2009 – 2011 academic years (July 2009 – June 2011). Individuals from both the public and the private sectors may apply. Female, minority and candidates from outside Vientiane are encouraged to apply.

- Humphrey Fellowship

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a Fulbright program that provides mid-level professionals from developing countries an opportunity to enhance their professional capabilities through participation in specialized, 10-month, non-degree programs at selected American universities. Fellowships will be granted for the 2009-2010 academic year (August 2008 – June 2009).
