Stanford University Alumni Association Visits Laos

Thirty-five Stanford University Alumni attend a presentation by Ambassador Patricia M. Haslach at the U.S. Embassy

During a January 10 meeting with 35 members of the Stanford University Alumni Association, Ambassador Patricia Haslach provided a political and economic overview of Laos and explained the U.S. Embassy’s work in and assistance to Laos.

The Stanford Alumni Association organizes trips to Southeast Asia each year, typically visiting Luang Prabang and Vientiane, Laos as well as sites in Vietnam and Cambodia. |Jan. 10, 2007|
