JPAC TEAMS RETURN FROM LAOS AND CAMBODIA

HICKAM AFB, HAWAII - Five JPAC teams returned to Hawaii from Laos and Cambodia this week after spending more than a month in Southeast Asia seeking information associated with Americans missing from the Vietnam War.

One remaining team from the Cambodia mission deployed to Thailand to conduct a recovery mission for a case associated with World War II. This team is expected to return to Hawaii in early March.

This was the 97th Joint Field Activity in Laos, and the 37th Joint Field Activity in Cambodia. [source from JPAC in Hawaii]
